At the end of 2024, Razorfish (along with a few other Publicis agencies) won a multi-million dollar contract with PayPal to develop and define PayPal’s new brand across CRM, social, and beyond. I got to be one of the first members of the team—designing emails, landing pages, push notifications, and more and being a pioneering member of determining how a majority of PayPal’s below-the-line work is designed.

How To Videos

Over 400 million people use PayPal around the world. One of our team’s first briefs with our new client was to create instructional videos that help users, across a variety of subjects, learn how to use PayPal.

I got the opportunity to take lead on the art direction, design production, and motion art direction for these videos that live on all of PayPal’s social platforms that have been consistently praised by clients and can be viewed by nearly 1 million followers across accounts. Taking their source UI, our team redacted and created a simplified design system that allows users to understand key concepts even if the software changes with updates over time.
